1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 98kp platform — including the website at 98kp.net, the mobile app, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on the 98kp platform. When registering you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. 98kp will never ask you to share your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately and change your password.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your nominated payment method after standard verification checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

4. Deposits and Payments

Wagering Requirements

Bet Acceptance

Odds Changes

Void Bets

A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable cut-off period, a clear pricing error occurred, the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed, or the outcome cannot be verified. Void bets have the stake returned in full to your account balance.

Cricket and PSL Markets

For Cricket and PSL betting, specific rules apply around rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, match abandonment, and player substitutions. Live Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the platform's discretion. During live play, odds and market availability can change rapidly. 98kp does not guarantee that any specific in-play market will remain open for any given duration.

8. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The 98kp platform is provided for personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
